The Western Terminus of WV 82 is at US 19 in Birch River. An 'End' sign is not present at this interchange. Also, the diamond interchange terminus is fairly recent as a result of the widening of US 19 in the late 1990s.
The Eastern Terminus of WV 82 is at WV 20 in Cowen. Below is a photo from the actual intersection.
WV 82's length is 17 miles. The Western Terminus is about 10 miles south of Exit 57 on Interstate 79.
