North End: Chester
South End: New Cumberland

The Northern Terminus of WV 8 is at US 30 between Chester and the Pennsylvania State Line.  At one point this was the Northern Terminus of WV 2.  The entire routing of WV 8 was once WV 2.

The Southern Terminus of WV 8 is at WV 2 near New Cumberland.  When WV 8 was WV 2, Route 2 would continue south and WV 66 would continue north on the modern WV 2.
