The Northern Terminus of WV 71 is at WV 10 in Matoaka.  This terminus sees not one but two 'END' signs posted.  The top photo shows the traditional JCT/END combination.  The photo below shows a yellowed 71 marker with 'END' banner at the actual intersection.
