North End: PA State Line 3 miles North of Hundred

South End: Hundred

Pete Zapadka remarks that the only WV 69 signs erected are at the southern terminus in Hundred.

(Pete Zapadka) The Northern Terminus of WV 69 is at the Pennsylvania State Line about 3 miles north of Hundred. This view is looking at the beginning of South WV 69 from the Southern Terminus of PA 18. The change in the pavement marks the state line.

(Pete Zapadka) For the entire three miles of WV 69, Pete reports that this is the only WV 69 shield. At least it's an 'END' sign! The Southern Terminus is at US 250 in Hundred. Below, the view from US 250 South.
