West End: Ohio River at Parkersburg

East End: Parkersburg

Editors Note: WV 618 is the old alignment
of US 50 through Parkersburg. It was first signed in January 2005.
US 50 is being moved onto a southern bypass of Parkersburg which will complete
Corridor D. The WV 618 designation matches Ohio Route 618 which is
the same number used for Old US 50 through Belpre. WV 618 will continue
as Ohio 618 when the new US 50 is completed.

Although not signed, this is the western terminus of WV 618 at the Ohio
River in Parkersburg. US 50, which will move onto a new bridge in
the upcoming bridge, crosses the Ohio via the Belpre (Ohio) - Parkersburg
Bridge. When US 50 is moved onto the bypass and over the new bridge,
this will be signed WV 618.

This is the last sign for WV 618 west in Parkersburg before the terminus.
WV 618 makes the right turn onto US 50 to cross the Ohio River. The
overhead guide sign in the background for US 50 and Ohio Route 7 is what
WV 618 follows.

This is the first East WV 618 shield in Parkersburg after the designation
leaves US 50.

The Eastern Terminus of WV 618 is signed and is at US 50 on the southeastern
side of Parkersburg.
