The Northern Terminus of WV 61 is at US 60 at the Charleston/South Charleston
Line. There is not an 'END' sign present at this terminus.
To continue straight puts you in a turn lane to enter the bridge to cross
the Kanawha River. For US 60 west, you make a right turn and go underneath
the bridge's approach.

I was able to get a photo of the Southern Terminus of WV 61 at WV
41 in Piney View. Historically, WV 41 was
a former alignment of US 19 and WV 61 was US 21. This would be where
US 19 would join US 21 south into Beckley. Now it serves as the Southern
Terminus of WV 61 as 41 continues into Beckley.
