North End: Williamstown

South End: Harrisville

(Nathan Boggs) The Northern Terminus of WV 31 is at WV 14 and I-77 in Williamston. This is also the North End of WV 14. A right turn leads to Interstate 77.

(Brian Powell) The Southern Terminus of WV 31 is at WV 16 in Harrisville. Or is it. As you see in this photo, instead of 'JCT' 16 it is 'TO' 16. It is possible that WV 31 doesn't make it all the way to WV 16 ending at the intersection of Court St. and Main St. WV 31 is routed on Court St.

However, on this photo where WV 16 leaves Main St., the sign post in front of the silver pickup shows the zero mile marker.

The owner of the pickup gets in his truck on this opposite view showing the beginning of WV 31 North which takes an immediate left after beginning at Route 16. Since Michael took these photos a few years back, signs on WV 16 now read 'TO' WV 31 at this point.
