(Pete Zapadka) The Northern Terminus of WV 26 is at the Pennsylvania State Line near Glade Farms. WV 26 becomes PA 281 once crossing the state line. In this photo, Pete shows PA 281 becoming WV 26.

WV 26 begins near the point where Pennsylvania, Maryland, and West Virginia meet. The photo above shows WV 26 ending an becoming PA 281. The wording of the border marker has West Virginia inscribed on the West Virginia side and Pennsylvania inscribed on the PA side.

This border marker looks like it has been recently placed. It was donated by the Woodmen Lodge 26. You can also see what looks like an older stone marker to the left.
