North End: Virginia State Line near High View

South End: Virginia State Line south of Mathias

WV 259 has an odd twist to it. Both termini are at the Virginia State Line, and in both cases VA 259 continues to the North or to the South.

(Mike Roberson) The Northern Terminus of WV 259 is at the Virginia State Line near High View. The shot above is WV 259 entering Virginia and becoming VA 259.

And the opposite view of entering West Virginia from Virginia.

(Mike Roberson) The Southern Terminus of WV 259 is at the Virginia State Line seven miles south of Mathias. From this point on, WV 259 continues as VA 259.
