The Northern Terminus of WV 218 is at the PA State Line in Blacksville.
There is not an end sign present as Pete learned when he visited here in
the Summer of 2001. However, this photo shows the highway crossing
into Pennsylvania.

218. This photo is of the last WV 218 shield. The state
line is just beyond the telephone pole.

Pete also sent this photo in from the WV 218 border crossing. It
is a historical marker placed by the State of West Virginia noting the
history of the Mason-Dixon Line.

The Southern Terminus of WV 218 is at US 19 in Worthington.
