(David Brunot) The Northern Terminus of WV 2 is at US 30 in Chester in the Northern Panhandle. At one point this was the Northern Terminus of WV 66, as WV 2 followed current-day WV 8's alignment to US 30.

Emergency Route - Moundsville:

Emergency WV 2 serves as a second loop route for WV 2 in the Moundsville Area. It exists outside of Alternate WV 2 making it the outer-outer loop of WV 2.

The Northern Terminus of Emergency 2 is at Alternate 2. You can make out an Alternate WV 2 South sign in the distance.
