North End: Wetzel County south of New Martinsville

South End: North of Middlebourne

WV 180 was once designated as Alternate WV 18 until 1982.

(Michael Muiznieks) The Northern Terminus of WV 180 is at WV 2 a few miles south of New Martinsville. Michael reports that an 'END' sign was not standing at this terminus.

(Michael Muzienks) The Southern Terminus of WV 180 is a few miles north of Middlebourne at WV 18. It looks like the state wanted everyone to know that WV 180 ends here.
