WV 115 was the original alignment of WV 9 through
Charles Town and Ransom until the WV 9/US 340 bypass was built.

The Northern Terminus of WV 115 is at WV 9 north of
Ranson.

The Southern Terminus of WV 115 is at US 340/WV 9 east of Charles Town.
WV 9 East continues straight ahead.

From US 340 South, WV 9 leaves the freeway. At the end of the ramp,
WV 115 North begins with a left turn.
