The Western Terminus of WV 104 is at WV 20 in Mercer
County near Princeton.

The Eastern Terminus of WV 104 is at US 460 near the West Virginia Turnpike.
The terminus is just west of Exit 9 on Interstate 77. US 460 is just
to the right of the Exxon Station in the photograph. The roadway
WV 104 follow near its eastern terminus was a former alignment of US 460.
