WV 102 Ends at the Virginia State Line near Pocahontas, VA. It appears
that at this state line crossing a Virginia Secondary Route becomes WV
102. The Virginia State Map shows WV 102 continuing to US 52 and
ending in Bramwell.

WV 102 Western End is also at the Virginia State Line, this time near Falls
Mills, VA. However, in this case, WV 102 does continue as VA 102
until the multistate route terminus in Bluefield, VA at US 19/460.
