The Western Terminus of WV 75 is at US 60 in Kenova. This photo was taken by H.B. Elkins. There is not an 'END' sign present at this location. In fact on Interstate 64, about one mile to the south, WV 75 is not mentioned on the guide signs. US 52, the route that also intersects I-64 there, is. Despite the lack of mention on the interstate, WV 75 shields are located at the ends of the ramps at the interchange.
