South End: Virginia State Line near Bishop, VA

(Michael Muiznieks) The Northern Terminus of WV 16 is at WV 2 in St. Mary's. The Ohio River is literally just behind the guiderail and trees at the intersection. This three state route (WV, VA, NC) comes only yards from reaching Ohio.
