North End: West of Chambersburg
East End: Claylick

The Northern Terminus of PA 995 is at US 30 just west of historic Chambersburg.

The Southern Terminus of PA 995 is at PA 75 in Claylick.  I believe the missing sign would have given the mileage to Mercersburg for 75 North traffic and possibly Kaisesville for PA 75 South.

I do not believe an 'END' sign stands at this terminus; however, here is the first PA 995 North shield.
