The Northern Terminus of PA 98 is at PA 5 in Avonia. Avonia is a town along the Lake Erie Shoreline.
However, an 'END' sign was not present at PA 98's Southern Terminus. This intersection is not only the terminus of PA 98, but it is where US 19 joins/leaves the US 6/322 multiplex. The terminus is near Meadville. Turn left and go a mile is I-79. The bottom photo is the little white sign signifying the beginning of PA 98.
