The Northern Terminus of PA 92 is at the New York State Line in Oakland Township, Susquehanna County.  Above, the last North PA 92 shield.

PA 92 continues as NY 79 upon crossing the border.  There is not an 'END' sign present.  However, the switch in states is very apparent with a concrete pylon, an 'END LWS', and a Welcome to New York sign.
