(The Bee Family) The Northern Terminus of PA 764 is at I-99/US 220 near Pinecroft. This is a slight extension of PA 764 as it had ended at a traffic light with Business US 220 and a surface road connecting US 220 Business/PA 764 to I-99. A photo of the older terminus is below.

A 2001 photo of the former Northern Terminus of PA 764 was near I-99 near Pinecroft. As this photo shows, PA 764 did not intersect with I-99. Business US 220 North continues straight ahead. The ramp to I-99 and US 220 is a right at the light.

(The Bee Family) The Southern Terminus of PA 764 is at US 22 in Duncansville. There is not an 'END' sign present at the terminus.
