The Northern Terminus of PA 729 is at US 219 and PA 879 in Grampian.  Both 729 and 879 end at the signalized intersection ahead.  As you can see from the signage, PA 879 begins with a right turn.  US 219 is straight and left.

The Southern Terminus of PA 729 is at PA 253/453 near Janesville.

A right turn from PA 253/453 South puts you on PA 729 North.
