North End: Ohio State Line north of Sharon
South End: Near West Middlesex

The Northern Terminus of PA 718 is at the Ohio State Line north of Sharon.  As you can tell, PA 718 becomes Ohio 305 here.

The Southern Terminus of PA 718 is at PA 318 west of West Middlesex.
