The Northern Terminus of PA 69 is at the NY State Line in Sugar Grove Township.
At this point, Chautauqua County Route 69 becomes Pennsylvania State Route
69. As you can see in the above photo, there are remains of a Pennsylvania
Concrete Border Marker here.

This is the END 69 Little White Sign at the terminus. This is located
on the back of the Warren County/Sugar Grove Township signs shown in the
first photograph. There may not have been an 'END' sign here but
it has a little bit of everything else!

The Southern Terminus of PA 69 is at US 62 in North Warren.
