The Northern Terminus of PA 669 is at US 219 in Salisbury.

The Southern Terminus of PA 669 is at the Maryland State Line South of Springs.  There is not an 'END' sign present but an 'END' LWS is here.  Below is a photo of the last PA 669 South Shield.
