North End: Shoemakersville
South End: Douglassville

The Northern Terminus of PA 662 is at PA 61 in Shoemakersville.  This photo was sent in by Tim Reichard.  The final few miles of PA 662 North, from PA 143, go almost due east to west rather than in a North/South Direction.

PA 662 does get its bearings straight and heads south ending at US 422 in Douglassville.
