The Northern Terminus of PA 655 is at US 322 in Reedsville.  PA 655 actually ends at the old alignment of US 322, which is at the intersection at the end of the photo.  The photo below is a close-up of the END 655 sign.

The Southern Terminus of PA 655 is at the Maryland State Line North of Hancock.  There is not an 'END' sign present at this terminus.
