PA 652 is a former segment of US 106, decommisoned in 1962.

The Western Terminus of PA 652 is at US 6 in Indian Orchard.

The Eastern Terminus of PA 652 is at the New York State Line at Atco.  The National Park Service Headquarters for the Upper Delaware National Scenic and Recreational River is located here in Atco.  Many of these cars parked along the side of the road are using the river for various recreational pursuits.
