PA 65

North End:  New Castle (BUS US 422)
South End: Pittsburgh ((I-279)

The Northern Terminus of PA 65 is at Business US 422 in New Castle.

The Southern Terminus of PA 65 is at I-279 on Pittsburgh's North Shore  To my knowledge, this is the only route in PA that has its end noted on a BGS.
