South End: Ormsby

The Northern Terminus of PA 646 is at the New York State Line near Knapp Creek, New York. PA 646 become NY 16 once crossing the state line. Above you see PA 646 crossing the border and becoming NY 16. (Photos taken by John and Barb Bee)

Although an 'END' sign is not present here, an END LWS is.

PA 646's Southern Terminus is at PA 59 in Ormsby. The 'END' sign photograph was taken by the Bee's. David Brunot gets a closer shot of the PA 59 shields, and their odd arrangement which can be located in the left background of the above shot. David's photo is below.
