The Western Terminus of PA 641 is at US 522 in Shade Gap.  Shade Gap is the home of two PA Route Ends PA 35 and 641.

To give you an idea of how close the termini of PA 35 and 641 are. They also sent in this map scan.

You can see that just before ending at US 522 both highways cross each other.  The Bees told me that they only had to walk a total of about 20 feet to get the end sign photos for both routes.
