The Northern Terminus of PA 616 is at US 30 in West York.  There is not an 'END' sign present at this intersection.  US 30 is located at the traffic signal in the distance.

This is the approach to PA 616 via US 30 West.  US 30 goes from four to two lanes after the signalized intersection with PA 616.  Traffic in the right lane is for US 30 and the left for PA 616 South.  This intersection will change slightly as US 30 is undergoing a widening project through here.

The Southern Terminus of PA 616 is at PA 851 in the town of Railroad.
