The Northern Terminus of PA 580 is at US 219 in Cherry Tree. Cherry Tree has a unique history to it, as the cherry tree that gives the town its name marks the meeting point of Indiana, Clearfield and Cambria Counties.

(David Brunot) The Southern Terminus of PA 580 is at PA 403 in Kenwood. The terminus is just locate a few hundred yards north of the PA 403/553 split.
