The Western Terminus of PA Turnpike 576 is at PA 60 at the entrance to Pittsburgh International Airport in Findlay Township.  In this unique setup, the PA TPK Commission has placed an 'END' PA Turnpike 576 on two separate off-ramps.

Currently, the Eastern Terminus of PA Turnpike 576 is at US 22 in Bavington.  There is not an 'END' sign present.  Right now, traffic is shifted from the mainline onto the ramps of Exit 6.  The interchange with US 22 will be a three-level, volleyball interchange.
