The Northern Terminus of PA 554 at US 15 in South Williamsport.  The end is located at the southern end of a divided US 15 on one-way streets through South Williamsport.

The Southern Terminus of PA 554 is at PA 44 a few miles north of Elimsport.  Next, a closer view of the PA 44 shield combination in the background of the above photo.

David has some comments about the road, "What a road.  In South Williamsport there's a warning about certain size vehicles restricted from traveling 554.  I see why, after traveling this ten-mile road north (E. to S.W.)  A long climb, about five miles, including two hairpin turns, then a long winding descent.  And most of it with no buildings, just woods."
