Many thanks to Barb and John Bee for the photos below.
The Northern Terminus of PA 531 is at US 20 near Harborcreek. On this obviously rainy afternoon, Barb and John did not find an 'END" sign at the location.
The above photo is of the Southern Terminus of the relatively short PA 531 at PA 430. PA 430 runs left to right. Also, an 'END' sign was not present here.
