The end of the road for PA 523 North is at PA 281 in Confluence. It appears that PA 523 actually is multiplexed with PA 281 at its end.

Here is the what we believe to be the end of PA 523. There is not an 'END' sign present. The reason for belief that this is the end of PA 523 North is that a PA 523 exists in front of the red truck in the parking lot.

(Denny Pine) The Southern Terminus of PA 523 is at US 40 near Addison.
