The Western Terminus of PA 504 is at US 322 in Philipsburg. This
end may be considered as disputed since PennDot's Centre County Map, routes
PA 504 along US 322 for about a mile to PA 350.
However, the current signage disputes it.

The Eastern Terminus of PA 504 was at US 220 in Unionville. In 2003 when,
US 220 was moved to a freeway, PA 504 was extended along US 220 Alternate
to PA 144 in Wingate. The 'END' sign for the original terminus remains
although the 'Alternate' banner was added.

The new Eastern Terminus of PA 504 is at PA 144 in Wingate.
