PA 478

North End: Near Emlenton
South End: Saint Petersburg

PA 478 is a very short rural Pennsylvania route.  But it does have an interchange with I-80.  The Northern Terminus near Emlenton is just inside the Venango County Line and North of the Interstate.  This photo at the terminus with PA 38 and 208 was taken by Barb and John Bee.

The Southern Terminus of PA 478 is at PA 58 in Saint Petersburg.  David Brunot took this photo.
