West End: Wattsburg
East End: NY State Line

The Western Terminus of PA 474 is at PA 8/89 in Wattsburg.  Barb and John Bee reports that an 'END' sign wasn't present and this photo shows the actual intersection as well.

The Eastern Terminus of PA 474 is at the New York State Line about 5 miles east of Wattsburg.  David Brunot took this photo.  I really enjoy the angle of this shot as it shows the END SR LWS and the first New York reference marker for NY 474.  PA 474 continues east into New York as NY 474 to its terminus at NY 394 near Lakewood, NY.
