North End: Bus US 62 Sharon/Hermitage
South End: Wheatland

Many thanks to Barb and John Bee for the photos below.

Although when Barb came across it the shield was missing, this is the Northern Terminus of PA 418 at Business US 62 between Sharon and Hermitage.

The Southern Terminus of PA 418 is in Wheatland at PA 60 and PA 718.  Thus why I call the Sharon Area "The Land of 18's," PA 18, 318, 418, 518 and 718 all run through this locale.
