The Western Terminus of PA 368 is at PA 268 in Parker.  The bridge in the photo carries 368 to the intersection and termini with PA 268.  The bridge crosses the Allegheny River.  The photo below contains a profile of the bridge.


The Eastern Terminus of PA 368 is at PA 58 in Callensburg.
