David Brunot sends along photos of both ends of PA 358.
The Western Terminus of PA 358 is at the Ohio State Line west of Maysville. PA 358 becomes OH 88 after crossing the state line. There is not an 'END' sign present here; however, David's photo above is of the first PA 358 shield after the roadway enters Pennsylvania.
Here is a photo of the Eastern Terminus of PA 358 at US 62 and PA 173 in Sandy Lake. At the intersection, PA 173 heads north if you turn left. If you continue straight, you'll be heading on US 62 north. Turning right will take you on US 62/PA 173 south.
