The Western Terminus of PA 351 is at the Ohio State Line a few miles east of Petersburg, Ohio. David Brunot sent along this photo and notes that the Ohio State Line is at the bend in the distance. There is not an 'END' sign present at the border where PA 351 becomes OH 617. This is the last PA 351 West shield combination.
The Eastern Terminus of PA 351 is at PA 65/288 in Ellwood City. Barb and John Bee took this photo. The one shield centering both directional headers is common practice in the Beaver/New Castle/Sharon areas.
