The Western Terminus of PA 346 is at the New York State line tucked neatly in between the Allegheny Reservoir and the Warren/McKean County Line. John Krakoff sent over this photo. You can see the Welcome to New York sign barely on the left edge of the photo. Once crossing the line, PA 346 becomes NY 280.
The Eastern Terminus of PA 346 is at PA 446 in Eldred. PA 346 must cross the Allegheny River before intersecting with PA 446. Below, David Brunot, who took both photos of the Eastern Terminus, captures the bridge from PA 446 North.
