The Western Terminus of PA 328 is at US 15 in Tioga Junction.

A left turn from US 15 North puts you on PA 328 East.

This is the Eastern Terminus of PA 328 at the New York State Line just North of PA 549's Northern Terminus in Wells Township near Mosherville.  PA 328 continues as NY 328 with a change to North/South from East/West to the multistate route terminus in Elmira. In this photo, Mark Sinsabaugh is in New York facing Pennsylvania, and he explains where the state line is. "The township/county line signs are posted just before the Coastal station on the right hand side (It's actually abandoned, but the signage is clearly still there).  Directly across is a tobacco shop (Smokin' Joe's) and that sits in PA.  The "Welcome" sign is just past all of the gas stations before the PA 549 intersection."
