West End: Ohio State Line near West Middlesex

East End: Mercer

The Western Terminus of PA 318 is at the Ohio State Line west of West Middlesex. PA 318 becomes Ohio 304 at this point. In this photo from David Brunot, the state line is about 50-75 yards beyond the 'END' sign. The intersecting road is appropriately named 'State Line Road.'

The Eastern Terminus of PA 318 is at PA 158 in Mercer. This photo taken by Barb and John Bee is only a few blocks from PA 158's Northern Terminus.
