(John Macedo) The Western Terminus of PA 3 is at US 322 Business in West Chester. John Macedo visited this location and reports that an 'END' sign is not present. PA 3's final blocks in West Chester are on one-way streets. In the Spring of 2003, PA 100 was removed from the streets of West Chester.
