The Southern Terminus of PA 26 is at the Maryland State Line north of Interstate
68 and Piney Grove, Maryland. There is not an 'END' sign present.
However, there is an 'END' LWS and two stone markers to note the crossing.

A very isolated setting surrounds the first PA 26 marker. PA 26 does
not continue as a Maryland State Route once crossing the border.
