PA 251

West End: Ohio State Line east of Negley
East End: West Mayfield

The Western Terminus of PA 251 is at the Ohio Line east of the town of Negley, Ohio.  PA 251 becomes OH 154 at this point.  There is not an 'END' sign present here.  However, David Brunot did locate and 'END' LWS and the first OH 154 marker.

The Eastern Terminus of PA 251 is at PA 18 in West Mayfield.  Thanks to Barb and John Bee for this photo.
